In the plugin's Permissions tab, choose whether or not your forum's staff is limited by this plugin's restrictions in the Staff Override section.

In the Custom Field Restrictions section, enter the names of any custom fields you'd like to hide into the Custom Field Name column. Any custom fields you list will not be shown on the Edit Profile page unless the user is a member of the groups you associate with the field in the Required Groups column or has met the post count specified in the Required Post Count column.

If you fill out only the Required Groups column and leave the Required Post Count column blank or vice-versa the field that has information will be the only prerequisite required to use the custom field. If both columns are filled out the user will gain access to the custom field once they've reached either of the prerequisites. Checking the Require Both checkbox will hide the custom field unless both prerequisites are met.

In the plugin's Descriptions tab, enter the names of any custom fields you'd like to add a description to in the Custom Field Name column. Type the description you'd like associated with your custom field into the Description column.

Add your users to whichever member groups necessary for their custom fields to show in the Groups tab of each of their profiles, or allow their post counts to accumulate to unlock new fields as you've specified in the plugin's settings.
